COSA Indoor Winter League provides a structured and enjoyable environment for young athletes to sharpen their skills during the winter season. Designed for all levels, the league fosters a competitive yet supportive atmosphere, with fast-paced games on smaller fields that challenge players to think and play quickly.

Open to boys & girls teams of all levels - A co-ed League.
Premier league format: teams earn points each week; top of the table after 10 weeks wins the COSA Winter Cup in their division
📋 Game Format
All Divisions:
Two (2) × 27–30 min games each week against two different teams.
6v6 format - Fast paced games. Kick-ins are used instead of throw-ins. All Fouls are indirect. Opponents must give 4 yards. No offside, no corner kicks, no slide tackling, and no penalty kicks.
Recommended roster: 9–12 players
Coaches may create two teams if they have a larger roster

League Details
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Location: Carmel Sports Club
Dates: Sundays, January 4 – March 8, 2026. Jan 4, 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 15, 22, Mar. 1, 8(no game on Super bowl Feb 8th)
Game Times/Divisions:
Future Stars Division(2016/2017 Teams) → 1:00–2:00 PM Schedules and Standings.
Silver Storm Division (2015 Teams) → 2:00–3:00 PM Schedules and Standings.
MasterClass Division (2014 /13 Teams) → 3:00–4:00 PM. Schedules and Standings.
