Commitment & respect
- Attend, arrive prepared and give full effort.
- Follow coaching direction and support teammates.
- Respect everyone and represent COSA with pride.
Support the team
- Support attendance and notify coaches early about conflicts.
- Allow coaches to coach; keep sideline communication positive.
- Raise concerns respectfully at an appropriate time.
Training & games
Fall and spring: three trainings weekly. Winter: one indoor and one futsal session weekly. EDP games are primarily Saturdays; Travel games are primarily Sundays. Winter League is separate at a discounted $150 player rate.
Positive environment
Negative comments toward referees, opponents, coaches or players are not acceptable. Repeated concerns may result in a warning, removal from the sideline or further action.
Team decisions
Playing time, positions, roster placement and game-day decisions are based on development, attendance, effort, attitude, performance, team needs and commitment.
Discipline policy
Consequences may progress from a warning or meeting to reduced playing time, suspension or removal. No refunds are issued for withdrawal, missed sessions, repeated absences or disciplinary removal.
Player and parent acknowledgement
Both parties confirm they have read, understood and accepted these standards for the full season.
